SUBORDINATION OF MECHANIC’S OR LIEN TO MORTGAGE

The undersigned, holding mechanics liens (or other liens) upon premises known as (brief description of property), in consideration of One Dollar paid to each of them severally by the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and in order to induce the said ________________ to make a loan to to be secured by a mortgage upon the premises, do hereby subordinate and postpone their respective liens to the mortgage lien and the interest to accrue on the note secured thereby.
